DONATION REQUESTS
Donation requests can be made to the Pittsburgh Playhouse Box Office, 222 Craft Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. All requests should be submitted on your organizations business letterhead and include the date of the event as well as a contact person. Please allow four to six weeks for a response. Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive, we cannot honor all requests.
FUNdraising
Is your non-profit group looking for a fun way to raise funds? Try selling Pittsburgh Playhouse tickets. You can earn up to $4.00 on each ticket you sell!! In order to take advantage of this program, your organization must sell at lease 50 tickets. Here's how the program works...
* Pick a show you would like to sell tickets to.
* We issue your organization tickets on consignment at our group rate.
* You sell the tickets at full price.
* All unsold tickets and payment are due back at the Pittsburgh Playhouse Box Office two weeks prior to your performance.
* The difference between what you owe and what you took in is the amount your organization keeps as its fundraiser.
Example:
- You consign 60 tickets to Ragtime at $8/ ticket.
- You charge our full price of $12/ ticket
- You sell 50 tickets at $12 = $600
- Two weeks prior to the show, you return the 10 unsold tickets along with the money for the tickets you sold (50 x $8 = $400)
- You keep the difference: $200
